Invictus - a 2009 movie based on the story of Nelson Mandella's first year in presidency and a great movie that I saw on Saturday night. LOVED IT. More over, I enjoyed the "date" whom took me to the movie.

We have no pretense and it is wonderful. I can be myself in front of this man and it's not a problem. I suppose if I farted he wouldn't have a problem with that either. Who knows. That's not to say that I would actually fart near him because I am a lady....(using that term loosely)

Incidentally, I have had my eye on this man since I met him and have been very attracted to him since. I have written about him a little in past blogs but YAY - he's great. I cannot wait to see him again which, may very well be this coming Friday night to see my friend's band. Would be a blast!

Well, I have ascertained that this one is a keeper and I am happy to have but five minutes of time to spend with him. He is very much a gentleman - thank God....I've prayed on this and glad of the fact that God brought us together because no matter what and however it ends - we are friends. Establishing the friendship is the most important part. Not to mention, he is funny and we share similar senses of humor. Not to mention I feel I can tell him anything without fear of reprisal.

I have trust issues and some insecurities still lingering about from my previous relationships but hey, I will conquer those as I have conquered other things.

Yay for me and boo for all the others that did not believe in me.

Rapid change of subject, I am looking in to masters level coursework for when I complete my bachelor/undergraduate degree. Yay...University of Phoenix here I come. There is no other student quite like me....or at least, I think so.

Perhaps everything is falling in to place the way in which God intended or the decisions I have made in following the path of life while believing in God's promise. I like to think that both of these perspectives make sense.

It has been a long road but things are the way they are supposed to be. I only hope my Bath and Body works order comes to me today in one piece. :)
