For past 2 months I have not had a drop of the Alcohol, not that I have a problem with the drink but it was more of a detox plus just recovering from surgery.
Anyway this weekend that all came to an end with a beer festival visit and many fine ales were had, today I also had some more this afternoon when watching the football. Of course it has now caught up, my head is now in some pain but ok.
It also has ruined my poker game, where I had some pretty good hands but ended up losing due to the concentration loss.
But I have Monday and Tuesday to recover as I'm not working then, so great.
Me thinks another detox is due...
