Operation: Flambe
I've recently discovered the joy of flambe. For those who have not tried or experienced such things, I highly recommend it.
Being a cancer sign, we tend to like food. I love food. Great pleasure in life indeed.

I used to live in a collective. 6 of us in a house. We'd take turns cooking. One person would cook for all six (so 1 meal a week). I really love this idea. So it got adapted to my new place of living. Every Sunday we make a large meal. Each meal has a theme: last week we did Greek.
So, in making a Greek dish I wanted to do Saganaki (hopefully I spelt that correctly). Basically, you soak cheese in milk (hard cheese). Then flour it. Then fry it up quickly in a hot pan. Then you add Brandy and light the whole thing on fire. It's awesome (though if you are going to try it, only use a little Brandy 'till you get the hang of it). Finally douse out the flames with lemon juice, and eat the cheese with bread. O so good.
Flambe: banana's, cheese, and we're working on more. Any other good ideas of food on fire, let me know.
