I was pretty disappointed with the ending of the race last night! Hamlin lead all but 22 laps last night, did AWESOME and then had a tire blow out of him, but thats racing.
BUT that is not the purpose of this blog at all. Dale Earnhardt Jr was in the lead.....Kyle busch was trying to pass and it LOOKED like Kyle deliberately turned in to him to spin him out....! WTF?! Well karma got Kyle because he still didn't win. Clint Bowyer ended up winning the race.
They had an interview with Jr after the race, and it was all he could do not to choke up. He was pretty upset as he should have been. He was right in saying accident or not, Kyle Busch was going to need some extra security getting out of Richmond last night.
This WOULD have ended a two year dry spell for Jr, as he has not won a race since Richmond 06.
I bet that Kyle doesn't finish the race next week.
Hope Jr gets into him.
I am in a Fantasy nascar League, and both of those two are two of my 5 drivers....STILL I was QUITE disappointed.
