So I just got my ass kicked in the gym by a trainer, I really needed to get out a little frustration today so I was pushing myself ...probably a lot harder then I should have been but that's ok I worked out a little bit of my frustrations . Does anyone else have certain people in their lives that they love dearly but they are just so fecking NEGATIVE? You can't cut them out so what do you do?
